September 25, 2014 in the Hyundai hotel’s business center (Vladivostok),  The III International Economic Business Congress holding which was initiated by the business community with the active support of members of the Business Club’s «Dialogues» for owners and top-managers of business enterprises of the Far Eastern Federal District of countries of Asian-Pacific Region.

In the III International Economic Business Congress was attended delegations from different regions of the Far Eastern Federal District, Moscow region, as well as Italy, Singapore, India, China, Japan and Korea. In total more than 350 participants, representing the business community, science, education, federal and regional legislative and executive authorities, as well as local authorities discussed the current issues related to socio-economic development of the Far Eastern Federal District in two plenary sessions, and continued the discussion in while the three round tables.
During operation of the first round table, moderated by Director of the Institute of Regional Development Russian Far market Zausaev Vadim, discussion was held territories advancing socio-economic development. During the discussion, the roundtable participants analyzed the feasibility of establishing territories of priority development in the Far Eastern Federal District, and noted the positive conditions that contribute to the creation of these areas.
Saturation reports on staffing scored a second round table, moderated Polichka Nina, an expert of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Expert Council of Business Club «Dialogues». The discussion touched upon such issues as staffing the economic and social sphere of the region, implementation of federal plans for the development of the Far East in the field of improving the demographic situation, the impact of business on the staffing of production. Also at the roundtable signed an agreement on cooperation between the Business Club «Dialogues» for owners and managers of business enterprises of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Asia-Pacific countries and the Youth Government of Primorsky Region.
Moderator of the third roundtable on the development of territories became Maksimets Alexandra, Chairman of the Board of Trustees to promote integrated development and branding areas, director of «Engineering Consulting Company». Relevance of the topic Developments acutely applies to all spheres of activity, so aroused the greatest interest and lively discussion during the roundtable. It is important to note that during the third round table was held with the direct inclusion of the Moscow region.
