In December 2013 President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin called the Far East a top priority for Russia for the entire XXI century. Government authorities have already came up with extensive plans to maintain the priority, where business is going to play a crucial role.

However, to achieve the goal, cooperation between business and power authorities, and public private partnerships related to the Far East projects implementation will have to be promoted to the whole new level.

The promotion is possible only through continuous communication, sharing plans, discussing outstanding issues, developing strategies and techniques for joint activities. Participation in the III International Economic Business Congress is therefore extremely important for government and business community.
