July 23 (Thursday) was held a joint 100th meeting of the Business Club «Dialogues» for owners and managers of business enterprises of Far Eastern Federal District and countries of Asian-Pacific region. Meeting was held in conjunction with the Ministry of the Russian Federation on development of the Far East on the topic: «Business Personnel: labour market, vocational training, labour migration».  The analysis conducted by The Ministry of the Russian Federation on development of the Far East shows that in 2015-2018 residents of first selected nine priority development areas in Khabarovsk, Kamchatka and Primorsky Krai, Amur oblast, Chukotka Autonomous district and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and investors will experience the greatest demand for professionals with the following levels of training:

Primary professional and/or Secondary vocational education — 88,0%

Higher education — 12,0%

It is planned to involve experts mainly on the technical areas of: machinists, drivers, chemists, machinists, engineers, miners, electricians, electric, machine operators and others.

Speakers at the meeting noted that in accordance with the decree of the RF Government dated April 20, 2015 No. 696-R in the list of subjects of the Russian Federation, included Primorsky Krai, as a priority for labour.
