I Business-Congress in 2012 was held in the one year of an important international event — the APEC summit. The focus of the Congress was to find new ways of development of the Russian Far East, ways to attract investment: both the economy and culture in the region.

II Business-Congress (2013). Continued successfully launched the project a year earlier. The main objective was to maintain the operation of the international communication platform to discuss issues of investment, innovation, economic and cultural cooperation between Russia and foreign countries.

III Business-Congress (2014). The theme of the congress was «The interaction of business and government as a resource for the development of the Russian Far East». This direction defines the tasks №1 in the federal target program «Economic and social development of the Far East and the Baikal Region until 2025», adopted by the Government of the Russian Federation.
