The long-awaited business event for the business community, academia and government representatives became the V International Economic Business Congress — IEBC, which is traditionally held in Vladivostok in the last week of September on the initiative of the Business-Club “Dialogues” for owners and managers of business enterprises of Far Eastern Federal district and Pacific rim countries. 
The agenda of the Jubilee Business-Congress were the prospects of the Far East of Russia in the conditions of active development of bilateral international relations «Russia – the Asia-Pacific region». 

Plenary session of the Business-Congress was opened by welcoming speech by Grigory SMOLYAK, Director of the Department of human capital development, territorial and socio-economic development of regions of the Far East, the Ministry of Far East development. 
In his report, Grigory Viktorovich has told about the main results of the Second Eastern Economic Forum. Stressing that communication platform IEBC is a logical continuation of the work of the EEF. 

Special attention of participants of the Business-Congress was attracted by the report of the «One belt and one road. Cooperation between China and Russia». Professor Guo LI, Director of the Institute of Russian studies of Heilongjiang University, Deputy Director of the Russian-Chinese innovation center comprehensive strategic cooperation and coordination» (Harbin, China), spoke about current issue of revival of the Great silk Road. An increasing number of people showing keen interest in the transnational history of this ancient trading route. Many experts agree that the revival of the Great silk road will directly affect the international relations of many countries. 

Exemplary case of development of the company submitted to the General Director of Caterpillar Mumin AZAMKHUZHAEV, showing a bright example of the development of the company in the international market. Also Mumin Khamidovich mentioned such important factors of regional development as a high-level technology and flexible tax system. 

The report of Professor Vladimir OSTANIN, doctor of economics, Far Eastern Federal University, was devoted to the social aspects of the effectiveness of Free port of Vladivostok. Recall, that in 2015, was a Free port modern analog port, where the implementation is already more than 90 investment projects. 

Jubilee Business-Congress remembered the bright, round table discussions, which were held jointly with the Agency for human capital development in the Far East and the Fund of Vagit Alekperov «Our future», Moscow. And, of course, a strategic session designed specifically for Business-Congress intended for residents of the Free port of Vladivostok and active representatives of the business community of Russian Far East. 

Past International Economic Business Congress, initiated by the Business-Club «Dialogues», has reached a new level and VI IEBC, which will be held September 21-22, 2017, will maintain the tradition of the two-day format and promises to be even more ambitious and meaningful.
