«The President of Russia has set the task to make the Far East a powerful, dynamic and progressive center for socio-economic development of the country. To stimulate economic growth and social development in the Far East are offered new tools, one of which is the territory of advancing socio-economic development. What are the prospects, what is the essence of this innovation, how it will work and what benefits can business get by organizing its activities in this area? During the 116-th meeting of the Business Club participants and experts of the meeting were discussing these and other issues of economic development of the region by 2017».

For the economic development of the region today created 14 territories of advanced development in the Primorsky, Khabarovsk and Kamchatka territories and in Sakhalin region, also there is a regime of free port of Vladivostok. There are a unique environment for doing business, namely: set the lowest in Russia level of taxation, simplified procedures for obtaining land and connection to the infrastructure, special conditions for carrying out checks in respect of investors, protecting them from undue administrative interference. It is expected that the territories of advancing socio-economic development would become a competitive point of attraction of business activity and capital, the growth and development of the Russian Far East.

The main expert of 116-th meeting was made by Vadim ZAUSAEV, Director of the Far Eastern research Institute of market, doctor of Economics, Professor (Khabarovsk). In his report, Vadim Konstantinovich was allocated by fundamental factors economic development of the Far East, defining its high costs, and outlined one of the scenarios of the future development of far Eastern Federal district as driver of the Russian economy in the 21st century. According to experts for development of economy is impossible to miss the opportunities offered by the state: the territory of advancing socio-economic development, Free port, Far Eastern hectare.
