«The NEW SYSTEM of PENSION’S COORDINATES» is the theme of the 135th meeting of the International Business Club «Dialogues».

The function of pension provision is important for the state and enterprises, as it stimulates labor activity and economic activity of the population. In October 2018, the Russian President signed the law on pension reform. According to which the retirement age will increase in stages from the beginning of 2019.

How will the reform affect the personnel policy of enterprises? Corporate pension: unjustified expenses for the employer or tax optimization and staff loyalty increase? How will the increase in the retirement age affect the business? These and other relevant issues for representatives of the business community were discussed at the meeting of the Business Club.

The purpose of the 135th meeting Of the International Business Club «DIALOGUES» was not to discuss the already adopted bill. The main task is to help representatives of the business community to understand and get used to the new system of pension coordinates.

But, if we talk about the risks, then, first of all, it is worth mentioning the decrease in the rate of introduction of digital methods of production management and business, due to the low «digital literacy» of the adult population.
