«Resources and business opportunities for effective Activity» is the theme of the 143rd meeting of the International Business Club «Dialogues», which was traditionally held in June in the format of a strategic session.

Strategy — the science of the commander and the real art of management. How are the well-known concepts: management thinking, strategic vision of business development, comprehensive analysis of the enterprise to make it work in the long-term planning mode? How to transform human, material and intellectual resources into opportunities? These and other issues were addressed in a dynamic manner.

The developer and moderator of the session-2019 was Firat Gallyamov, certified according to the international (Amsterdam) standard specialist in management consulting, corresponding Member of the Russian Engineering Academy.

The strategic session 2019 received high ratings and positive feedback. The participants of the meeting noted the importance and effectiveness of the annual strategic sessions within the IBC «Dialogues».
