From March 01 to 03, 2018, the I Construction Forum in the Far East region «DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE RUSSIAN FAR EAST» in the B2B format was successfully held in Vladivostok.
The purpose of the Construction Forum is to discuss promising areas that contribute to the development of the infrastructure of the Russian Far East, since the construction complex is one of the key sectors of the economy of the Far Eastern Federal District and largely determines the solution of social, economic and technical problems of its development.
The uniqueness of the Forum is the holding of B2B sessions, which made it possible to establish direct business contacts and business communications between owners and managers of construction and contractor organizations. The event took place in the recreation complex «Mayak», which for three days cordially received the heads of more than a hundred companies from all over the Far East region. Thanks to the picturesque territory of the recreation complex «Mayak», guests were able to spend time with business conversations, as well as relax with their families on the seashore, enjoy the fresh air and the first days of spring.

The Strategic Partner of the Forum was the company «Amur Machinery» (Member of the IBC «DIALOGUES»). Amur Machinery is the official dealer of Caterpillar, the world leader in the production of construction, logging, mining equipment and power plants. General Director Alexander V. Shishakin delivered a report on «Modern technologies for the construction industry» as part of the Business Program of the Forum. And the start of the event was given by an unusual performance — the Show of construction equipment. Two Caterpillar loaders performed all tasks with ease, demonstrating their technical excellence. To the applause of the audience, the Show ended with champagne, which the loader poured out to everyone in honor of the opening of the Forum, the long-awaited beginning of spring and, accordingly, the construction season.
The Forum was supported by the Far East Development Corporation and the Human Capital Development Agency. Dmitry V. Minin, Director of the Infrastructure Construction Department, spoke on the topic “Construction of Infrastructure Facilities of the ASEZ”, and Roman V. Dyablov, Head of the HCDA Representative Office in Vladivostok, spoke about “What the ASEZs give to the Far East”.

The first day of the Forum ended with a private business dinner at the Mayak Recreation Complex restaurant.

Within the framework of the second day of the Forum, a seminar «Landscape with a human face» was held. The speaker is Tatyana Koisman (Moscow), well-known throughout the country, author of books, head of the Gertrude Center for Garden Art. Also, for everyone, a test drive of new cars from the Summit Motors Vladivostok company — Toyota Fortuner and Lexus RX 350 was organized.

Saturday became a full holiday. Educational Center Afina Education has developed training programs for Guests and Participants of the Forum, master classes for the whole family. A particularly memorable event of the day for the participants of the event was an exciting quest.
All three days there was an exhibition-presentation of the construction industry. The partners of the exhibition were able not only to present their stands and products, but also to communicate productively directly with the leaders of construction companies.

The Construction Forum 2018 was held on the initiative and organizational support of the Association «International Business Club Dialogues».
