On May 16, Vladivostok hosted the I FAR EASTERN MEDICAL FORUM — 2019 «Private medicine: a course for results» / FEMF 2019.

Organizers: International Business Club «Dialogues», GK «Expert», National Association of Medical Organizations.

The organizers brought together on one platform the best federal and regional speakers, successful managers, representatives of government and science, heads of public and private clinics, medical centers, quality and service professionals in the field of medicine.

More than 250 participants from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Tomsk, Yakutsk, Blagoveshchensk, Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Nakhodka, Artyom, Ussuriysk, Fokino, Arseniev, Vladivostok, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and others. Visited the event and guests from Japan.

Participants of the FEMF 2019 were invited to discuss three blocks of topical issues: «Private medicine and the state», «Effective clinic management» and «Working with patients from attraction to loyalty».

Ten highly professional invited speakers of world renown shared the practices of effective work of private medicine in the CMI system, the experience of public-private partnership in the implementation of concession agreements in the healthcare sector, new business opportunities, real cases of effective clinic management, gave recommendations, offered effective solutions to complex practitioners discussed the modern management system based on information technology.

Also, on the site of the event, much attention was paid to the availability and quality of medical care in private and public medical institutions, promising methods and new approaches in working with clients, personnel policy in medicine.

Summing up the results of the Forum, Viktor Fisenko acting Director of the Department of Health of the Primorsky Territory noted:
