The Far Eastern Construction Forum «FECF-DIALOGUES 2021» — the main business event of the Far Eastern region in the construction industry, has been held at the initiative of the Association for Cooperation and Development of Enterprises «International Business Club» DIALOGUES «since 2018.

IV «FECF DIALOGUES» was held in the Far Eastern capital on February 25-26-27, 2021.
Three days of effective work. Discussing the development of the construction industry and strengthening business partnerships. Every year the Far Eastern Construction Forum «FECF DIALOGUES» acquires a qualitatively new level.

The main goal of FECF is direct B2B communication between business owners and managers, establishing new business contacts, as a result, new joint projects and mutually beneficial cooperation.

Plenary sessions, conferences, panel discussions, presentations and exhibitions. The program is rich and dynamic. The forum brought together more than 150 representatives of Russian and foreign companies: builders, designers, developers, manufacturers of building materials, heads of regional construction organizations.
The main theme of the Construction Forum 2021 is “Digitalization in Construction”. Experts and participants discussed the issue of introducing BIM technologies, as well as the need to use digital products at all stages of construction.

By tradition, Eduard G. PORTNOV, Chairman of the FECF_DIALOGUES Expert Council, and Yaroslav N. Semenikhin, President of JSC FERIMF, addressed the forum participants with a welcoming speech.

One of the main reports of the forum was the speech of Evgeny V. VIRTSER, General Director of Free Technologies Engineering LLC, Moscow, on the topic “Digitalization in construction. BIM information modeling technology as a tool for transparent interaction of all construction participants.
In his report “Modern design as a condition for the effective development of the construction industry”, Advisor to JSC “FERIMF” Evgeny M. NOVOSELTSEV noted that the use of digital technologies will significantly reduce costs at the design stage, as well as time for the construction of any object.

The second day of the business program was devoted to the presentation of projects: new trends and technologies in the filtration industry, industrial housing construction, the Commercial Property Management service, the construction of a commercial data center in the Far East, security and operation trends for business facilities, novelties in the building materials market, discussed with Experts question of brick architecture.

Also on Friday, together with Pavel SHUGUROV, Head of the Department of Architecture and Design of the Urban Environment of the Department of Architecture of the Administration of Vladivostok, a panel discussion «The Age of Urbanization — Opening Opportunities for Development» was held. The theme of the status of the Far Eastern capital and the responsibility that this status implies was touched upon.

“Vladivostok should become a model for Far Eastern cities in all areas, including urban development and the appearance of the city. The status of the Far Eastern capital obliges to become a «calling card» of the entire region» — Pavel Evgenievich emphasized the main idea.

Traditionally, the third day of the Far East Construction Forum shifted the focus from the business agenda to the sports one. Corporate teams of construction companies took part in the sports weekend as part of the Far Eastern Construction Forum. The warm-up was carried out by the permanent partner of FECF-DIALOGUES — Geometry of Fitness, and the participants also tried themselves in the master class «Laughter Yoga». The heads of the companies had the opportunity to join the strategic session «Health promotion program — a tool for shaping corporate culture».
