The main goal of the FECF «DIALOGUES» 2022 is direct B2B communication between business representatives and government authorities: establishing new business contacts.
The forum brought together representatives of Russian and foreign companies: builders, designers, developers, manufacturers of building materials, heads of regional construction organizations. The main theme of the Far Eastern Construction Forum FECF DIALOGUES 2022 is “Integrated development. Prospects for the integrated development of territories.

One of the main reports of the forum was the speech of Demis Eminov — Deputy Head of the Department of Banking Support of Contracts of JSC «Gazprombank» on the topic «Financial Instruments in Construction».
The business program of the forum included the Plenary meeting “Prospects for the development of the construction industry in the Far Eastern Federal District”, with the participation of federal representatives of relevant ministries and departments. The main topic for discussion was the implementation of the project for the integrated development of territories and the formation of a comfortable urban environment in the Far Eastern Federal District.
The meeting was held with the participation of: Nikolay Alekseenko, Deputy Chairman of the RF State Duma Committee for Construction and Housing and Public Utilities, Maria Sinichich, Director of the Department for Integrated Development of Territories of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, Olesya Bulgakova, Director of the Department for Integrated Development of Territories of the Housing and Utilities Reform Assistance Fund, Konstantin Shestakov, Mayor of Vladivostok, Deputy Head of Administration, Department of architecture and construction of objects of the Vladivostok GO Aleksey Leifer, the Minister of Vocational Education and Employment of the Primorsky Territory Sergey Dubovitsky, the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Magadan Region Oleg Kosolapov, the Vice-President-Managing Director for the Far East Region of Bank GPB (JSC) Andrey Lakeev.
Within the framework of the Plenary session, a presentation of the project for the integrated development of territories was held at the initiative of a group of Developers in the Golubinaya Pad area of ​​Vladivostok «Quarters of Writers» — Grigory Timchenko, General Director of Specialized Developer Tim-Group LLC, spoke about the urban development context. To date, a detailed study of the project is underway with the relevant ministries and departments.

In her report “KRT Digital Standard”, Head of the Consulting Department for the Integrated Development of Territories of the All-Russian Center for National Construction Policy Elena Knyazeva spoke about the work on KRT on the platform of the All-Russian Center for National Construction Policy, which regions are being assisted today and how it works in practice from the point of view of documents , presenting visually the project of a modern approach to the integrated development of the territory in modern trends in the development of the national construction policy.
Director of the Department for the Integrated Development of Territories of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation Maria Sinichich noted the support measures of the ministry and plans for the implementation of the KRT.
Olesya Bulgakova, Director of the Department for Comprehensive Development of Territories of the Housing and Public Utilities Reform Assistance Fund, spoke about the Fund’s measures to support CRT and changes to the Federal Law.

An important event of the forum was the presentation of the First Edition of the Business Directory «Construction Industry of the Far East 2022».
By tradition, the first day of the DSF-DIALOGI 2022 forum ended with an official evening reception, where participants in the main business event in the construction industry could communicate in a friendly atmosphere and discuss the results of the first day of the forum.
A pleasant gift was the performance of a musical group of talented employees of the Fire Safety Fund under the direction of Oleg Flor. The song «Far East» made a special impression on forum participants from other cities: Voronezh, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Khabarovsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Magadan, Chelyabinsk and many others.

The second day of the business program of the forum was devoted to the presentation of projects. The speeches of the speakers aroused great interest among the participants.

Within the framework of the second day of the forum, B2B negotiations were held, where the participants discussed the results of the forum and considered the prospects for cooperation.
