Incredibly solemn and, no doubt, a pleasant chord of International Economic Business Congress, now in its sixth year, is the Evening Reception Golden Ball. The venue this year was the gorgeous Panoramic hall of far Eastern Federal University, where on Thursday 21 September 2017, a Reception was held, combined with the conceptual presentation of the International Biennale of visual arts.

The Golden lights of the Bridge sparkling glasses of sparkling beverages, camera flashes, and most importantly, the highlight of the evening – the smiles of the guests of honor events: resplendent ladies and gentlemen, hurrying to the Reception after intensive business part of the first day of the VI International Economic Business Congress — all of it stressed «jewel» names in the evening.

Then all the attention of the evening was directed exclusively to the Guests of the event for which eminent Liping Xiang (Xiang Liping is the curator of the main programme of the IX International Vladivostok Biennale of visual arts and «Power of art» — the first state Museum of contemporary art in China) and no less famous Glazkov Faith (Vera is a Chairman of the Expert Council of the International Biennale, Director of the gallery of modern art «ARKA») spoke about the Biennale and its cultural roles of international importance.
«Morphology of the port» is a major theme linking the Vladivostok Biennale of visual arts, dedicated to contemporary trends in art in the Asia-Pacific region. As you know, the port is one of the most iconic and symbolically complex cultural elements. On the one hand, the port belongs to the city, introducing him to a holistic world.
